Annual meeting of the Swiss Zoological, Botanical and Mycological Societies, 24. & 25. February 2005 in Basel

A two-day scientific meeting of organismc and integrative biology and a forum for PhD students and postdocs to present their research


This two-day Swiss scientific symposium offers young researchers working in the broadly defined field of Population and Evolutionary Biology a forum to present their newest research to a larger audience.
Priority for holding talks goes to PhDs, postdocs and Master students. The meeting also includes a poster session. Biology05 is sponsored by the Swiss Botanical, Mycological and Zoological Societies.
Biology05 begins Thursday, 24 February 2005 (registration starting at 8.30, first talk at 9.30) Ends Friday, 25 February 2005, around 18.00. Scientific session is in Hörsaal 1 in the Pharmazentrum, Klingelbergstr. 50/70, Basel.

Call for contributions
Oral and poster presentations are invited. The deadline for submission of abstracts (max. 300 words) is Jan 7, 2005.
