Swiss IPBES Info-meeting, 19th April 2016 in Bern




The Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) was established for assessing the state of the planet's biodiversity, its ecosystems and the essential services they provide to society. This national info-meeting on IPBES activities and opportunities will inform about a) the open call for the global IPBES assessment and how to become an expert for IPBES b) the first results, such as the Pollination and the Scenario & Models Assessment and c) the ongoing Regional Assessment of Europe and Central Asia.
